Viewing Video
You can view the videos either by downloading them or streaming them.
Video Downloading
When you download a video, a copy of the movie file is placed on your computer. On a Windows PC, you can download a file by clicking on the download link. A window will appear where you need to specify a location for the downloaded video file. Once the download is complete, you can view the video from your computer.
Videos are available for download in1024K high quality format. Depending on your browser and media player, if you simply click on the movie file link (instead of right-clicking it) the media player may attempt to start playing the movie once a certain portion of it is downloaded. In this case, it is normal for buffering delays to occur, especially with larger file sizes.
Video Streaming (PC & MAC)
When streaming, the video is transmitted over the Internet in a manner that allows you to view it almost immediately, without waiting for the entire file to download.
Just left select the video link for the speed that best matches your connection to the Internet after a short buffering period, the video will begin to play.
Videos are available for streaming at three different speeds: 256K and 512K and 1024K. 256 is suitable for broadband (DSL and cable modem). 512K format is higher quality and best suited for broadband cable and fast DSL , 1024K works best on faster Cable and other high speed connections.
If you are experiencing a lot of buffering delays, your Internet connection may not be fast enough to accommodate the file speed you have chosen. In that case, you should select a slower speed. If you still get buffering delays, you may want to download the video instead.
Note that, unlike downloading, streaming does not copy the video file to your computer.
Mac: Sound but no video.
Only audio (and NO video) plays in WMV video files opened in QuickTime 7.5 Player
We have received reports that after Flip4Mac WMV Player users upgrade to QuickTime 7.5 only audio (and NO video) plays in WMV video files they open in QuickTime Player. Fortunately, the workaround is very easy. Just open System Preferences/Flip4Mac WMV and Uncheck "Open local files immediately" in Player tab. Relaunch QuickTime Player and file should play both audio AND video.
Mac: Video not streaming
1. Make sure you have the latest version. Please click here to download.
2. In the latest version streams are treated as progressive download. Unlike progressive download, they don't play automatically after some buffering. After some buffering, hit play.

Here's why: QuickTime offers two methods of watching video via the web: progressive downloads and streams. The progressive download method caches the entire video on your hard drive, and does not begin playing until the video has been sufficiently downloaded, in order to prevent interruptions in playback. The streaming method begins playing almost immediately.
